A complete remote monitoring and alarm platform that keeps watch over dissolved oxygen, water temperature and device availability around the clock.
ERMOXY combines field measurement, secure communication, server processing and clear user notifications into one system. The goal is simple: show what is happening in the water and warn the user when attention is needed.
Continuous DO measurement with configurable low and high alarm thresholds, live values, RAW information and history.
Continuous water-temperature measurement with independent alarm thresholds and long-term trend visibility.
Server-side alarm processing with e-mail, SMS and push delivery, including configurable device-OFFLINE detection.
Responsive access from phone, tablet or computer, with user permissions and a protected administration workflow.
ERMOXY combines field measurement, secure communication, server processing and clear user notifications into one system. The goal is simple: show what is happening in the water and warn the user when attention is needed.
If both DO and temperature are invalid, first inspect the probe cable, connector and IsoLink/field-unit connection. If temperature is normal but DO is invalid or unstable, continue with the probe checks below.
Check the membrane for scratches, holes, tears or wrinkles. Do not touch the membrane with your fingers. If air is trapped below the membrane, refill it because bubbles can make the reading unstable.
If deposits are visible on the sensor surfaces, clean them gently with the supplied scouring pad without damaging the plastic body, then rinse before refilling and reassembling the probe.
Water movement across the membrane is important for accurate DO readings
After replacing membrane or electrolyte, allow a few minutes for stabilization. Use ERMOXY Instant Reading to confirm stable RAW/temperature values, then verify calibration with a reliable reference. If the sensor remains invalid, contact ERMOXY technical support.
The current dashboard puts dissolved oxygen and water temperature first, with live values, RAW readings, alarm thresholds and the latest 3-hour measured high/low peaks visible in the same panel.
The status strip shows device availability, sensor status, event-log access and notification-channel state, while the 24-hour history keeps both DO and temperature trends directly below the live panels.
The current calibration workflow supports 2–5 captured field-reference points. Instant reading updates the current DO RAW value so each point can be captured only after the sensor has stabilised in the reference medium.
Before applying the result, the full calibration response can be reviewed together with the captured points, staged fit, RMSE and maximum point deviation. The preview makes calibration quality and sensor non-linearity visible before committing the new correction.
The server evaluates incoming measurements and device communication. If a configured threshold is exceeded or the device stops reporting for the configured timeout, ERMOXY can generate an alarm and later report recovery when fresh data returns.
ERMOXY is a monitoring and alarm aid. Critical installations should also use suitable independent safeguards because power, sensors, calibration, network connectivity, server services or notification providers can fail.
Short answers to the most important practical questions about ERMOXY.
ERMOXY is a 24-hour monitoring and alarm platform for dissolved oxygen, water temperature and device availability in remote water installations.
A field sensor provides dissolved-oxygen and temperature information through the IsoLink interface to the ERMOXY field unit, which processes the values and sends them to the server.
The responsive Web application works on phone, tablet and computer. It shows live values, history, device state, alarm thresholds and recent measured peaks.
You configure acceptable low and high thresholds. The server evaluates incoming measurements and can send e-mail, SMS or push alerts when a condition requires attention.
The server monitors last_seen. If communication is missing longer than the configured timeout, ERMOXY can send a Device OFFLINE alert and an ONLINE recovery when fresh telemetry returns.
Yes. The system supports field calibration of the dissolved-oxygen channel, including 2–5 captured reference points, gain/offset calculation, RMSE and deviation analysis.
Yes. Administrator tools support multiple devices, multiple users and permission-controlled access to configuration and calibration functions.
No. That is one of the main purposes of ERMOXY. The system monitors configured conditions continuously; users normally review the dashboard periodically and react to alarms when necessary.
No. It is a monitoring and alarm aid. Critical installations should retain independent safeguards appropriate to the risk and process.
